Baked pear with vanilla ice-cream


This monsoon, hot baked pear with cold vanilla ice-cream is all you need to be treated with!

  • 2- pear

  • 1/4 cup- maple syrup

  • 1 tbsp- cinnamon powder

  • 1/2 tsp- vanilla extract

  • 2 scoops- vanilla ice-cream


  • Half the pears and remove the seeds by scooping the center out with a small spoon.

  • Place them on a baking tray.

  • In a bowl, mix cinnamon powder, vanilla extract and maple syrup.

  • Pour them onto the pears and bake for 30 minutes at 200 degree C.

  • Have them with vanilla ice-cream!


This is a very easy and quick recipe for maybe party desserts and it's unique!
