This monsoon, hot baked pear with cold vanilla ice-cream is all you need to be treated with!
1/4 cup- maple syrup
1 tbsp- cinnamon powder
1/2 tsp- vanilla extract
2 scoops- vanilla ice-cream
Half the pears and remove the seeds by scooping the center out with a small spoon.
Place them on a baking tray.
In a bowl, mix cinnamon powder, vanilla extract and maple syrup.
Pour them onto the pears and bake for 30 minutes at 200 degree C.
Have them with vanilla ice-cream!
