Banana oat cookies are not only healthier but delicious also than usual cookies. These are the best way to make use of your leftover bananas and a perfect breakfast to get you into the Christmas spirit!
1- ripe banana
1/4 cup- milk
1/2 tsp- vanilla extract
1 cup- oats
1tsp- cinnamon powder
1/2 tsp- baking powder
1/2 tsp- salt
Preheat the oven at 175 degree C
In a bowl, add mashed banana, milk, egg, honey and vanilla extract, mix well.
Add oats, cinnamon powder, baking powder and salt.
You can add little bit of all purpose flour to bind all the ingredients.
Knead the dough for 2 minutes and start spooning the dough on the baking sheet, spacing them a few inches apart.
Bake at 175 degree C for 20 minutes.
Your healthy banana-oat cookies are ready! You can have them with milk or top them up with some nuts and peanut butter. Happy winters!
