Chocolate spirulina mousse


This chocolate spirulina mousse made with Spirulina powder from Algabrew is all you need for a healthy dessert! It's very easy and quick to make, an ideal no bake dessert...

  • 1 tsp- Spirulina powder (Algabrew)

  • 2 cups- whipped cream

  • 1 cup- chocolate ganache

  • 1/2 cup- chocolate cake crumbs

FOR THE BOTTOM LAYER

  • Mix 1 cup whipped cream with 1 cup chocolate ganache, add some nuts (optional) and pour it onto the glass.

  • Add some chocolate cake crumbs over it and compress it with a help of a spoon.

FOR THE MIDDLE LAYER

  • Mix 1 tsp of spirulina powder with 1 cup whipped cream and pour it over the cake crumbs.

  • Refrigerate for 15 minutes to set.

FOR THE TOPMOST LAYER

  • With the help of a cloth piping bag, top the mousse with some whipped cream and sprinkle some spirulina powder to garnish
