This chocolate spirulina mousse made with Spirulina powder from Algabrew is all you need for a healthy dessert! It's very easy and quick to make, an ideal no bake dessert...
1 tsp- Spirulina powder (Algabrew)
2 cups- whipped cream
1 cup- chocolate ganache
1/2 cup- chocolate cake crumbs
FOR THE BOTTOM LAYER
Mix 1 cup whipped cream with 1 cup chocolate ganache, add some nuts (optional) and pour it onto the glass.
Add some chocolate cake crumbs over it and compress it with a help of a spoon.
FOR THE MIDDLE LAYER
Mix 1 tsp of spirulina powder with 1 cup whipped cream and pour it over the cake crumbs.
Refrigerate for 15 minutes to set.
FOR THE TOPMOST LAYER
With the help of a cloth piping bag, top the mousse with some whipped cream and sprinkle some spirulina powder to garnish
