So, I tried this Flair coffee from Coffee Plus, they delivered to my doorstep with lots of love and unique aroma of coffee. Especial grind ed and roasted for me, this Flair packet is strong and usually used for espresso! The coffee which they sent is very premium specialty coffee ground specially to be brewed in a drip machine. The grinding of the coffee is a very crucial aspect of the whole brewing process which they did with perfection! Here, I have used this particular coffee for iced latte, it's so easy to make yet full of delicacy.
1 cup - milk
4 tbsp - Flair coffee from Coffee Plus
1 - cinnamon stick
1 tsp- cinnamon powder
1.4 cup- whipping cream
Cocoa powder - garnishing
1 tbsp- honey/brown sugar
Brew the coffee for about 6-9 hours, I brewed it for 7 hours but it can vary according to the taste.
Fill the entire glass with crushed ice.
Froth your cold milk using a coffee maker.
Pour the milk, add cinnamon powder and brown sugar/honey. Mix it well.
Pour the brewed coffee over it.
Infuse a cinnamon stick to get a strong flavor.
Top it with some whipping cream and sprinkle some cocoa powder.
Cinnamon infused iced latte is ready, it's ideal for this cozy weather, sip it while watching the downpour, enjoying this monsoon season. ;)
