Fruit yogurt popsicle (mango-berry-lime)


Get ready to pop with these three ingredient yogurt popsicles made of all summer fruits. These popsicles are just right for the summery afternoons and are healthy too!

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • Zest of 1 lemon

  • Mint leaves

  • 5 tbsp honey/sugar

  • 300 gm - Greek yogurt

  • 100 gm - Mango puree

  • 40 gm - Blueberry jam

  • 40 gm - strawberry jam

  • Pomogranate seeds

FOR LEMON POP-


1.Take 100 gm of Greek yogurt, add lemon zest, lemon juice, mint leaves and honey.

2.Mix well and keep aside.


FOR BERRY POP-

  1. Take 100 gm of Greek yogurt, add blueberry jam, strawberry jam and pomogranate seeds.

  2. Add mint leaves and honey to it.

  3. Mix well and keep aside.

FOR MANGO POP-

  1. Take 100 gm of Greek yogurt, add mango puree, mint leaves and honey to it.

  2. Mix well and keep aside.

Prepare your molds, you can use regular ice cube molds, paper cups, tiny glasses or ice-cream molds. Before poring the mixtures, put a few mint leaves to all the molds, pomogranate seeds to the berry molds,mango pieces to the mango mold and lemon slices to the lime mold. Pour the three mixtures to these three molds accordingly and freeze it overnight. You can poke tiny spoons or toothpicks to take the molds out.
