Healthy no-bake/cook easy breakfast



When mornings get busy and chaotic, many times we do not get time to prepare breakfast and often end up skipping the breakfast which can get bad for your health. So, here comes easy no bake/cook breakfast with easily available ingredients and can be prepared within minutes. A quick healthy breakfast for your busy mornings-

  • 2 cups- milk

  • 3 tbsp- chia seeds

  • 4 tbsp- oats

  • 1 cup- any breakfast cereal (I used CHIPS AHOI)

  • Fruits by choice

  • 2 tbsp honey/maple syrup/brown sugar (I used Cinnamon infused honey by ORGANICA)

FOR THE OATMEAL JAR

  1. In a bowl, add chia seeds, oats to 1 cup milk and mix it well.

  2. Add maple syrup/honey/brown sugar to it.

  3. You can add vanilla extract also (this is completely optional)

  4. Refrigerate it overnight. Next day, add some peanut butter and fresh fruits.

You should check out ORGANICA's products, I used cinnamon infused honey which tastes so natural and is extremely healthy.I had some bananas and kiwis in addition along with some dry fruits. Some lychees for the sake of summer.
