Homemade orange marmalade

It's winter already and I could not think of anything better than homemade marmalade since it's raining oranges all over! Also, it's beginning to feel a lot like Christmas so, I decided to make a fresh orange marmalade filled with warmth, giving all winter vibes and Christmassy feels!
Here, is a very easy recipe recipe for marmalade with minimal ingredients-
3 - oranges
500gm- sugar
1bsp- lemon
3 cups- water
2tsp- agar agar powder (Meron)
For dries orange candies-
1 - orange
1 cup- sugar
1 cup- water

Take the juice out of 3 oranges, do not throw the peel away.
Chop the zest finely into ribbon-like stripes.
In a pan, add juice and chopped peel, bring it to a boil.
Meanwhile, take a cloth and put the seeds and fiber of oranges. Tie the cloth into a small bag, put it in the pan along with the juice and chopped peels.
Add 2 tbsp of agar agar powder and cook the mixture for 20 minutes.
Once it thickens, pour the mixture into jars and refrigerate overnight.
For dried orange candies-
Make sugar syrup by adding 1 cup sugar to 1 cup water, bring it to a boil.
Cut the orange into thin slices and dip each slice into the sugar syrup mixture.
In a baking tray, lay all the slices and bake it for 25 minutes at 180degree C.
Once baked, leave the slices to dry in the sun for 3 hours.
Your fresh homemade marmalade with dried orange candies are ready, you can just have the marmalade with the candies or with freshly baked bread. Happy winters!
