Spirulina chia pudding


Star your mornings with healthy spirulina overnight chia pudding which is so easy to make but needs a lot of patience!


FOR THE BOTTOM LAYER

  • 4 tbsp- oats

  • 1 tsp- brown sugar

FOR THE MIDDLE LAYER

  • 1/4 cup- chia seeds

  • 1/4 cup- milk

  • 1 tsp- vanilla etract

  • 1 tbsp- maple syrup

FOR THE TOP LAYER

  • 1 tsp- Spirulina powder

  • 1- frozen banana

  • 1/4 cup- coconut water

  • mint leaves

  1. Mix the top layer ingredients and set it at the bottom of the jar.

  2. Mix all the middle layer ingredients and soak the chia seeds overnight.

  3. Next day, make a thick spirulina smoothie by blending the top ingredients.

Pour the chia seed layer over the oats layer and then the spirulina smoothie layer. Top it with some mango cubes and garnish with a few wdible flowers! Healthy breakfast for your busy mornings.
